[ 1.0 stars ] "The location shown on the instruction sheet where to burn the hole in the cartridge is incorrect. A video on Youtube shows the correct location on the opposite end. Also replaced the cartridge reset chip per the instructions and yet the printer never recognized the new one. Due to time constraints I had to go buy a genuine HP cartridge at full retail price. ..."
