This is an "eel" ink that is extra smooth and shows better with the heavier line. Ink contains ingredients that lubricate as well. Noodler's is a fine, safe (pH balanced) ink. It is a very bright green, sort of a lime-green, and flows really well. It even makes my scratchier EF nibs write smooth.
